Santa Paws Grotto For Pets 2020
This year, Santa Paws will be taking over from the 5th to the 24th of December 2020* when he returns for our grotto for pets.
Priced at £4.99 per pet, we invite all pets (and well behaved parents) to join us for a magical seasonal experience for your family and pets.
What to Expect:
Once you have booked your spot we will send you your festive tips and tricks list, feeding guides, and your top 4 tips to make your pets Christmas perfect. Along with our booking details (don’t worry you can amend or cancel your booking up to 3 days before your visit)
Then on the day you will be greeted by one of Santa’s elves who will present you with your gift vouchers, and your exclusive Xmas gifts list. You will then be shown to our grotto to meet the main man himself. Guests will also be able to take photos of your family with Santa Paws to share with your friends and family. We will also have a photographer who will be taking photos to post on our social media for you to share.
Each pet in attendance will receive a special gift from Santa Paws worth at least £5.00. Each pet will also receive a £5.00 gift voucher to spend in store, and an exclusive Santa Paws gift list with further discounts that you can use on the day if you wish.
We expect after lockdown government restrictions prohibit the gathering of more than one household or support bubble (no more than 6 people). Whilst these restrictions are subject to change please be mindful of these restrictions when purchasing tickets.

*T&C's. All pets in attendance will need to purchase a ticket in advance for £4.99 each. On the day, please bring your printed tickets or have them available to view on your smart phone. There is a maximum of 6 human guests per group. Due to the popularity of the event, customers may only book one slot each/household.
These details are correct at time of publish, a full refund is available to all customers up to 3 days before their ticketed event, you may also change the date and time of your booking subject to availability up to 3 days before the event.
Please be assured that this year we have also implemented an additional COVID-19 Refund Policy. This enables customers to obtain a full refund up until the day of the event should they display COVID-19 symptoms, be subject to quarantine following COVID-19 contact, or if the event itself is cancelled due to lockdown or COVID-19 restrictions.

How Do I Book To Come And See Santa Paws?
Bookings can be made using the form above, please select your day and time slot. Arrival times are staggered in 15min intervals, select your time slot, click on continue then select the number of pets you are bringing along, then proceed through our checkout to make payment for your visit.
How Much Is A Ticket To See Santa Paws?
Tickets are £4.99 per pet, you can bring all the family (no more than 6 in a group).
Can I Book By Phone?
Yes you can book by phone, please have your debit or credit card available and call 01289 302757.
Can I Book Instore?
Yes you can just pop in and we can book this for you.
How Can I Pay for My Tickets?

How Long Will Our Visit To Santa Paws Take?
We expect your visit will take around 30 minutes.
Do I Have To Arrive Early For My Booking?
There is not a waiting area for this event so we ask that you do not arrive early and suggest that you wait in your car until your allotted timeslot.
