Delivery Information

Click & Collect

You can choose to have your order delivered to the Direct Pets store free of charge, regardless of the size and weight of your order.

Your order will typically be available to collect in 3 - 5 days and we will hold your order in store for 7 days. We will contact you with confirmation when your order is ready to collect - please ensure you bring your order confirmation and a form of ID with you.

UK Mainland Delivery

Our Standard UK Mainland delivery service is priced between £5 - £10,based on the weight of the products. Unfortunately we are unable to ship items over 5.5kg, this means all products over 5.5kg must be collected from store.

*Whilst Standard UK Mainland Delivery typically be made within 3 - 5 working days, items not in stock at our main store delivery may be longer. All deliveries times are estimates and are not guaranteed.*
