Job description
Lead, train and motivate the Team to hit performance targets and maintain excellent standards of customer service.
Daily Cash up
Holding of keys, opening and closing of the store.
Meeting all KPI’s/Targets set by the company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage)
Overseeing the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.
Investigating, reporting of queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
As a Sales Supervisor you will have the responsibility of opening and closing the store on some of your shifts, therefore previous experience of following store security procedures, Health and Safety would be an advantage as would supervising a small team in a retail environment. You will also be responsible of ensuring all of our customers are looked after and receive the very best service.
