Sugar Beet Pellets are designed for feeding horses and ponies. They are the dried remainder of the root crop sugar beet, once the sugar has been extracted. Nutritionally, it is a cross between forage and concentrate feed and potentially can make a significant contribution to the horses diet. The appetizing nature of the feed encourages shy feeders to eat and sugar beet promotes the intake of other less palatable ingredients e.g. wormers.
